Medium V-Slot Gantry Plate (100x88mm) is a versatile and durable platform for building smooth, precise linear motion systems using T/V-Slot Aluminium Extrusions. Made from high-strength aluminium and finished with a black anodised coating, this plate accepts V-Slot Wheels and provides a stable base that glides effortlessly along the extrusion profile. Holes on one side are designed to accept eccentric spacers, enabling preloading of the wheels for tight, wobble-free tracking.
This plate is compatible with the faces of all T/V-Slot extrusions up to 60mm wide. It features integrated slots for timing belt clamping, and with additional hardware, can be adapted for lead screw-driven motion. Multiple mounting holes allow for flexible attachment of tools, motors, brackets, or custom components.
