The required length is the total length of the extrusion in millimetres (mm). If any angle cuts are to be made, this length should include these angles, measured from vertex to vertex. Length range 40 – 3000mm. Cut tolerance +/- 0.2mm.

Angle Face *

The face of the extrusion that you want the angles, either the wide face or narrow face. For the Double or Opposing Angles, the angles must be on the same face.

Angle A *

Degree for Angle A, measured at the angle’s vertex. View the ‘Customisation’ tab to find out the location of this angle. It should be an integer value ranging from 30° to 89°. Angle tolerance +/- 0.25°.

Angle B *

Degree for Angle B, measured at the angle’s vertex. View the ‘Customisation’ tab to find out the location of this angle. It should be an integer value ranging from 30° to 89°. Angle tolerance +/- 0.25°.

M5 Tapping Service *

Holes will be tapped with a M5x0.8mm thread, 10mm deep. Not available with some angle cutting services.

It’s kind of difficult to review this product. A bit like trying to review 4″x2″ timber. Except that this is straight, whereas most timber isn’t.
Oozenest’s service though is exemplary. I usually order either the 40×20, or 20×20 cut to length. Having discovered that my mitre saw can cut any angle except 90 degrees, it’s worth paying the extra to have Oozenest cut every piece for you. It will all be exactly the length you asked for, and cut at 90 deg.
