ORIGINAL WORKBEE Z1+ 12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Your purchase of an Original WorkBee Z1+ CNC Machine from Ooznest Limited or one of our Official Resellers, includes the following Limited Warranty. This limited warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser (“you”) of the Original WorkBee Z1+ CNC Machine. This limited warranty is for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of purchase.
Every Original WorkBee Z1+ CNC Machine machine is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Ooznest will repair or replace any part of an Original WorkBee Z1+ CNC Machine which, after examination, is determined by Ooznest to be defective in material or workmanship. Return of the defective part or machine to Ooznest may be required. A copy of the proof of purchase must be submitted to Ooznest. Any replacement or repaired product or parts provided to you during the warranty period are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the balance of the original warranty period. Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain the applicable warranty. The manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the time warranty service is requested.
The following are not covered by this limited warranty; Damage or defects resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, normal wear and tear, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress caused by intentional or accidental incorrect wiring. Damage or defects that Ooznest determines to be from tampering or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Ooznest, or without being advised by Ooznest to do so. Damage or defects caused by Acts of God or other events outside our control including fire, flood, lightning, improper electrical currents an external electrical fault and the like. Damage or defects related in any way to operation outside of the intended machining purpose, our specifications or user documentation, or operation beyond the usage parameters stated in the user documentation or set in the firmware/software. Damage or defects related, in any way, to the Original WorkBee Z1+ not being assembled exactly as per the official Ooznest assembly manuals. Damage or defects caused by alterations or modifications not officially supported by Ooznest. Parts designated as a “wear part.” – end mills, collets, spoilerboards, stock to be cut/shaped, software. Defects that are only cosmetic in nature, scratches, dents etc Damage or defects related, in any way, to the use of any prohibited materials listed here: ferrous metals, stone, rock, concrete, glass. Damage or defects related to any third-party parts, software, components, or peripheral devices. Damage or defects related to lack of periodic maintenance as specified in the user documentation or excessive industrial operation. Damage or defects related to improper loading of materials or media in the Original WorkBee Z1+. All other defects, failures or damage not considered defects in materials or workmanship. Theft or loss of the product.
The following actions relating to the Original WorkBee Z1+ will void this warranty and any defects related to any of the following actions are not covered by this warranty; Installing any firmware in the machine which is not specifically issued or authorized by Ooznest. Making any change or modification to the electronics or computer components of the machine. Attaching any peripheries or accessories to the electronics or computer components of the machine which have not been specifically issued or authorized by Ooznest. Using or attempting to use the machine and/or its electronics or computer components to control or move a plasma cutter or any device or object which is not specifically issued or authorized by Ooznest. Alteration to any hardware or firmware included with the Original WorkBee Z1+. Overriding or attempting to override or attempting to remove any guards or other safety features. Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper storage when not in use for extended periods. Use for any unlawful purpose. The performance of service on the Original WorkBee Z1+ by anyone other than you, Ooznest or a service representative designated by Ooznest. Using any material in Original WorkBee Z1+ that is on the prohibited materials list as above. Ooznest also cannot provide any technical support for issues or damage related in any way to the above actions which void this limited warranty.
The following components of the WorkBee Z1+ are covered by a separate warranty issued directly from the manufacturer and are not covered under the specific terms of this limited warranty. Duet 2 Controller, DeWalt Router, Makita Router, Vectric Software, Carveco Software. Full details of these warranties can be provided upon request.
If you experience a problem with your Original WorkBee Z1+ CNC Machine during the warranty period, you must first contact Ooznest for a warranty investigation and diagnosis. For these purposes we can be reached on Live Chat [Monday-Friday 8.00-16.00 UK time] or by Contact Form at www.ooznest.co.uk/help. You may be required to provide full descriptions, pictures and / or videos of the claimed defect/ issue. Failure to provide such evidence when requested will significantly delay or stop the warranty process. If the defect/ issue cannot be determined from the evidence, Ooznest may require the part to be returned for physical inspection and testing. If Ooznest determine that the part qualifies for a warranty service then, at Ooznest’s option, Ooznest will either require you to return the part for repair or send you a replacement part or equivalent for you to install. If you are required to return the part to Ooznest, Ooznest will either provide a return shipping label, arrange a collection or refund the cost of agreed shipping charges by the most appropriate economical means. This must be agreed in writing by Ooznest before any parts are sent back to Ooznest. Ooznest will only cover the costs of returning parts to Ooznest if you package the part exactly as it was shipped to you using the original packaging materials. If you do not package the part exactly as it was shipped to you using the original materials, then you will be solely responsible for the cost of shipping and any damage during shipping. Ooznest will cover the cost of shipping for all valid repaired parts or warranty replacement being sent back to you, by a postage method of our choosing. Ooznest will not cover taxes, duties or other import/export charges on repaired returns or warranty replacements, however we will mark the package clearly as a warranty return. If your returned part does not qualify for a warranty repair, then you will be required to reimburse Ooznest for the cost of any paid shipping to Ooznest and pay for the return shipping back to you. When you contact Ooznest, please be prepared to provide Ooznest with the serial number of your Original WorkBee Z1+, the order number and the date of purchase. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase in the form of your order invoice to obtain warranty coverage.
Disclaimer and Limitations
Except as stated above in this Limited Warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ooznest hereby disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions with respect to any Product, including the implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we also limit the duration of any implied warranties or conditions to the duration of this Limited Warranty. All WorkBee CNC kits are sold under the presumption that the customer and/or end-user is competent to assemble and operate the machine in a safe manner. Ooznest ltd cannot be held responsible for any training requirements or misuse of the machine. In addition to the above warranty disclaimers, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profits, arising from or relating to this Limited Warranty or our Products, and Ooznest’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to this Limited Warranty or a Product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the Product by the original purchaser.
Applicability of Limited Warranty; Your Agreement
This Limited Warranty is the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Ooznest, superseding all prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between you and Ooznest relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. None of our employees, representatives or any other person is authorized to make any representations or statements inconsistent with this Limited Warranty or the product’s specifications. Any such representations or statements are void. You, as the purchaser of an Original WorkBee Z1+, acknowledge that you have read this Limited Warranty, you understand it, and you are bound by its terms.
