Bend 3D Printer filament is a unique filament, it has been designed to have similar characteristics to rubber. Ooznest Materials Bend, can flex and squash but will not stretch too much, this makes it ideal for applications such as tyres and timing belts.
WHAT MAKES BEND DIFFERENT?
Ooznest Materials Bend is a Thermoplastic Co-Polyester, it has a high carbon content of renewable materials resulting in less environmental impact.
How flexible is Ooznest Materials Bend? It really depends on the percentage object infill. If you printed a thin-walled object it will squash nicely, however, print a high percentage infill tyre it will hold its shape well, but still have a nice rubbery consistency to it, it will just bounce when dropped on the floor.
Printing with Ooznest Materials Bend 3D Printer filament is easier than you think. As long as you have a fully constrained extruder it should print without issue. Bend has a tendency to stick really well, so to avoid ruining your print bed, print on top of blue tape or glue stick.

All our Ooznest Material filaments are wound onto a 100% recyclable cardboard spool. Our cardboard spools are extremely rigid, they will not twist, deform, or tear from repeated use.

Just used this for the first time to make fixings for the springs on a vibrating cleaner , I used the settings for ABS 250 /100 and it worked a treat
This will make mounts to dampen movement I am sure but never tested
Will be buying more soon

One of the best flexible filaments i’ve used. print quality is excellent and the strength and flexibility is very impressive. i printed some new anti-vibration feet for my printer and at 2 shells for all perimeters and 10% infill they are spot on and do actually behave a lot light rubber.
