Acro PVA 3D Printer filament is the ideal solution to a common problem, removing support material. Breaking away support material on a 3D Printer can be a tiresome process. Ooznest Materials Acro PVA is the solution, simply print the support material in Acro PVA, soak your finished print in water, and watch the support material dissolve away.
WHAT MAKES ACRO PVA DIFFERENT?
As 3D Printing is a bottom up process, if you wanted to make a part which has an overhang, you need support material to hold up the over hang. Just like an Acro Prop in the building industry. Once the print is finished, this support material needs to be removed, usually this is a manual process. However, Ooznest Materials Acro PVA can be simply dissolved using water.
Normal PVA filament can be troublesome to print, with bad extrusion, and terrible adhesion to the main part. Ooznest Materials Acro PVA is a modified formula to make a painless, easy support material to work with.
Acro PVA 3D Printer filament comes in two variants, PLA/PET-G or ABS/Styrene. We advise you to choose the Acro PVA variant which matches your base material most closely. Choosing the variant which matches your base material will help with adhesion between the two materials. Also the print temperatures of the two variants has been developed to match the base material.

All our Ooznest Material filaments are wound onto a 100% recyclable cardboard spool. Our cardboard spools are extremely rigid, they will not twist, deform, or tear from repeated use.

This is the second time i have purchased this pva filament so i guess i must be happy enough with it as to part with my money again. it took a while to get the retraction settings dialled in but some of this was down to having just converted my machine to be a dual extruder setup and i had to figure out how to keep oozing of the second print head under control.
