Duet 3 Tool Board 1LC is designed for situations where your application requires a 3D printing toolhead. By mounting directly on the toolhead, the 1LC minimises wiring complexity and allows for precise, reliable control of heaters, fans, sensors, and an extruder motor.
The 1LC provides connections for a stepper driver, thermistors or PT1000 temperature sensors, fans, and endstops, making it a complete system to control a toolhead. This design reduces the need for long cable runs back to the mainboard, simplifying installation and improving signal integrity.
They can be daisy-chained together via the CAN-FD bus, this makes it a scalable solution for multi-tool 3D printers.
