Duet Filament Monitor is a smart sensor that detects filament movement in real time. The filament drives a hobbed magnetic assembly, which is monitored and reported back to the Duet controller. This allows the system to detect issues such as grinding, skipping, or jamming, often before a print fails. When a problem is identified, the monitor can automatically pause the print, preventing wasted time and materials.
This is the fully assembled version of the Filament Monitor, supplied ready to install and use with Duet electronics in your 3D printer.
