V-Slot Gantry Plate Spacer Block

V-Slot Gantry Plate Spacer Blocks are designed to mount on the underside of our Medium and Large V-Slot Gantry Plates, spacing the wheels 12mm away from the plate. This added clearance allows for smooth integration of lead screw transmission hardware between the aluminium extrusion and gantry plate. Manufactured from precision-machined aluminium and finished with a black anodised coating, these blocks maintain structural rigidity while enabling compact and efficient motion system designs. Each block aligns perfectly with the mounting holes on the gantry plate, ensuring a secure fit and consistent spacing for reliable wheel alignment and smooth travel along V-Slot Aluminium Extrusions.
