Extra Large MotionRail Gantry Plate (140x160mm) is a versatile and durable platform for building smooth, precise linear motion systems using MotionRail Extrusions. Made from high-strength aluminium and finished with a black anodised coating, this plate accepts MotionRail Wheels and provides a stable base that glides effortlessly along the external ‘V’ of the MotionRail extrusion profile. Holes on one side are designed to accept eccentric spacers, enabling preloading of the wheels for tight, wobble-free tracking.
This plate is compatible with extrusions 20mm, 40mm, 60mm and 80mm wide with MotionRail mounted on both sides. It features multiple mounting holes allowing for flexible attachment of tools, motors, brackets, or custom components.
