uStepper S32 NEMA23 Mount is designed to adapt the uStepper S32 for use with NEMA23 stepper motors. While the uStepper S32 is optimised for NEMA17 motors, it can drive stepper motors up to 2.0A, making it suitable for use with many NEMA23 models.
This mount provides a simple and secure way to attach the uStepper S32 directly to the back of a NEMA23 stepper, ensuring clean integration and reliable operation in larger motion systems.
Stepper Motor Requirements
The mount is designed to fit most NEMA23 stepper motors, but sizes can vary. This kit fits motors with four M3 mounting holes spaced 32 mm by 51 mm (centre to centre), a 10 mm centre hole for the encoder magnet, and a shaft aligned with the bearing to a depth of about 4 mm. The mounting holes should have a depth of 1.8 mm.
