At Ooznest, we offer a range of customisation services on selected products, helping you get the parts you need to suit your specific project.

How Customisations Work

Available customisation options are displayed directly on the relevant product pages, allowing you to select your required specifications before adding items to your basket.

Please note that we can only offer the customisation options listed in the below table.

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch customised orders on the same working day when placed before 1pm (UK time), Monday to Friday.

However, larger orders or those requiring extensive cutting or customisation may take longer to prepare and despatch.

Returns of Customised Items
