A touch on the expensive size but good quality & you do get the collet nut as well as the collet arbor. Just need them to do a 4mm size now.

Seems expensive but there are not many suppliers.
Of the ones available this is the one to get since you can get an ER11 collet holder with an 8mm parallel shaft and cut that down to fit this collet. Not tried this yet, and it will increase the impact of any run-out but seems like a good approach. (Google for it on Instructables)
