Aluminium extrusion, with its lightweight yet robust nature, inherent strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion, stands as an ideal material for the construction of a myriad of products. The modular design of aluminium extrusion is achieved by incorporating a T-Slot into the profile sides. This T-Slot allows for the insertion of nuts, enabling threaded connections and opening up a vast ecosystem of assembly possibilities.
Our extruded aluminium profiles can be seamlessly combined to create a diverse array of structures, ranging from simple frames to intricate machine assemblies. The strength and stability of aluminium, coupled with the flexibility offered by the T-Slot, facilitate the creation of sturdy and reliable structures.
T-Slot and V-Slot Explained
T-Slot is the standard slot shape that allows for easy assembly and adaptability with a wide array of accessories. It is perfect for constructing framing systems, workstations, and machine guarding.V-Slot is a ‘V’ shaped slot specifically designed to accommodate V-wheels, enabling smooth and precise linear motion. Our V-Slot profiles are also T-Slot compatible.
