Silicone heated beds are durable and precise. They are one of the most widely used type of heated beds for 3D Printers. What makes using silicone as a heated material advantageous is that they can be easily manufactured in an unlimited range of sizes and configurations.
Highly efficient at heat transfer, our silicone heated beds have a wide temperature range from -50Deg to 250Deg. They are thin, light and flexible, reducing the temperature gradient between the heat spreader and silicone heated bed. With a 3M high temperature adhesive backing, they can be easily attached to the heat spreader of your choice.
We have carefully chosen the power rating of our silicone beds to provide optimal power per square centimeter, without drawing too much power that they can’t be run directly from 3D Printer electronics. Note that with the larger sizes they may draw too much current for some electronics, so please check you controller MOSFET rating. The thermistor wire comes pre-terminated ready to plug directly into your 3D Printer controller temperature input.
