NEMA23 V-Slot Screw Drive Motor Mount
Easily attach stepper motors to T/V-Slot extrusion or support lead screws with this aluminium mount, ideal for precise screw-driven motion systems.
NEMA23 V-Slot Screw Drive Motor Mount is a precisely machined aluminium mount designed to securely attach a NEMA23 stepper motor to drive an 8mm lead screw on T/V-Slot Aluminium Extrusions. Manufactured from high-strength black anodised aluminium, this mount fastens directly to the threaded holes on the end of the extrusion, providing a stable base for screw-driven linear motion systems. It can be used as a motor mount or as a supporting mount in a floating lead screw configuration. The mount offers a rigid platform for motor operation while maintaining easy assembly and alignment with your T/V-Slot Aluminium Extrusion.
Key Features
- NEMA23 Stepper Motors: Precision mounting holes ensure secure alignment for NEMA23 stepper motors driving lead screws.
- V-Slot Compatible: Mounts directly to threaded ends of T/V-Slot Aluminium Extrusions for seamless integration with motion assemblies.
- Screw Drive Ready: Supports 8mm lead screws at the motor-driven or non-driven end of linear motion assemblies.
- Aluminium Construction: Made from high-strength black anodised aluminium for rigidity and corrosion resistance.
Application
Screw drive motor mounts are perfect for driving gantry plates in screw-driven linear actuators, CNC machines, 3D printers, and positioning systems. They provide a strong, adaptable mount for your stepper motor or lead screw, ensuring precise and reliable motion in a wide range of mechanical projects.
