Extra Large Gantry NEMA23 Rear Mount C-Beam Screw Drive Actuator (875mm Travel) is a screw-driven linear actuator designed for use with a NEMA23 stepper motor. It converts rotary motion into linear movement, providing a practical solution for applications that require finer positioning and controlled movement. The C-Beam extrusion provides a self-contained design with three sides available for easy integration into systems and machines. Built using our standard extrusion, it offers a cost-effective solution for linear motion.
This version uses thrust bearings and a tensioned lead screw to reduce lead screw whip and allow longer maximum lengths compared with the compact version. The stepper motor is reversed by 180 degrees to reduce the overall length and help counterbalance loads on the gantry plate.
