I’m not a fan of not being able to call someone for support. Else this would have been a 5 star. We fell in with the Christmas close down, but we were on a tight deadline in January’s return. And instead of being able to speak to someone you’re forced to drop whatsapp’s, emails and feel helpless in the hope that someone does pick them up. In fairness to them, they did 24hours after first enquiry and within about 4 hours of us doing a bombardment by all digital routes. When we did get confirmation, these guys were rapid.
