Customisation Guide
We offer a broad selection of customisation options for our aluminium extrusions.
Read the guidelines below for help choosing the correct customisations for your project.
1.0 - Extrusion Colour
Choose from Silver or Black colour extrusion.
Please be aware that black is more susceptible to showing surface imperfections on the colour finish.
2.0 - Required Length
Required length is the total length of the extrusion in millimetres (mm).
If you are having angle cuts, the required length should include these angles, measured from vertex to vertex.
Extrusions will be cut with a tolerance of +/- 0.2mm.
3.0 - Angle Cutting Service
Choose the type of Angle Cutting you require based on the table below.

3.1 - Angle Face
Choose the face of the extrusion that you want the angles, either wide face or narrow face.
For Double or Opposing Angles, the angles must be on the same face.
3.2/3.3 - Angle A / Angle B
Specify the desired degree for the angles. The angle is measured at its vertex as per the diagrams under 3.0.
Angle degree must be an integer value from 30° to 89°.
Angles will be cut with a tolerance of +/- 0.25°.
4.0 - M5 Tapping Service
Choose if you want the end holes of the extrusion profile tapped ready to accept a bolt.
Holes are tapped with an M5x0.8mm thread, 10mm deep.
Ends with an angle cut cannot be tapped.
If you choose 'Single Angle' cutting service and Tapping service, the straight cut end will be tapped (not the angle cut end).

Upright vs Flat
Because the aluminium extrusion profile is not square, the deflections are contingent upon the orientation of the extrusion and the direction of the applied load. We categorize these orientations as either an 'Upright Beam' or a 'Flat Beam', as illustrated in the accompanying diagram. The following tables provide the deflection values for both these orientations.

Fantastic quality and at an amazing price. i’ve been looking for some extrusion for a while now for use as a reliable fence/straight edge in a workshop (rather than for assembly) and have been previously put off by the sheer expense. i came across this after a few google searches and an genuinely impressed by the value for money, build quality, and accuracy. feels amazingly solid and the v-slots provide a lot of flexibility. when combined with the relevant t-nuts and drop-in nuts it’s incredibly secure and robust. really pleased, would highly recommend.

The dimensional accuracy of their aluminium cuts are perfect. i couldn’t see any difference so far. for example, maybe a few micrometer difference (that i can’t see or measure) in 1 meter extrusion.
a fun story:
i have ordered several of them and assembled them side by side. then one of them had a 1mm difference. i thought the the accuracy was acceptable, then i realised a plastic packaging got in-between them which was the reason for the 1mm difference. i removed it and no noticeable difference, no curvature. the edges were very good too. ordered extrusions from them trice. no problem at all. they cut and shipped the same day. arrived the next day.
